Terms & Conditions

 

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions:

• “Company”, “we”, “us” means SAS Coaching.
   

• “Participant”, “you”, “your” means the individual (or the legal guardian on behalf of the individual) enrolled in coaching, camps, academies, holiday programs or other services.
   

• “Services” refers to all coaching offerings on the Programs webpage, including but not limited to one-on-one personalised coaching, small group coaching, high performance camps, school holiday programs, summer academy, preseason academy and other structured training programs.
   

 

2. Eligibility

2.1. Participants must meet age and any other eligibility requirements specified for each program.
2.2. A parent or legal guardian must complete enrolment and provide consent for all participants under 18 years of age.

 

3. Registration and Payment

3.1. All registrations are subject to availability and must be completed via the approved booking process.
3.2. Full payment or an agreed instalment must be received prior to the commencement of the Services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.3. Prices are subject to change without notice, but once a booking is confirmed and paid for, the price will not be increased for that booking period.

 

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
4.2. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to the current cancellation policy — details of which are provided at the time of booking.
4.3. No refunds will be given for sessions, camps or activities missed by the Participant once the program has commenced.
4.4. The Company reserves the right to cancel or postpone any session, camp or program due to insufficient enrolments, inclement weather, coach unavailability or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a refund or credit towards future Services may be offered at our discretion.

 

5. Participant Conduct

5.1. Participants must act in a respectful, safe and cooperative manner at all times.
5.2. The Company reserves the right to remove a Participant from any session or program without refund if behaviour is unsafe, harmful, abusive or disruptive to other Participants or staff.

 

6. Risk, Liability and Medical Conditions

6.1. Participation in physical coaching activities carries inherent risks. Participants and guardians agree to assume all risks associated with participation.
6.2. You must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, injuries or other health concerns prior to participation and complete any required medical waiver forms.
6.3. The Company is not liable for personal injury, loss, damage or illness unless due to gross negligence on our part.

 

7. Photography, Video and Promotions

7.1. From time to time, photos or videos may be taken during sessions, camps or events for promotional, marketing or training purposes.
7.2. By enrolling, you consent to the Company’s use of such images or footage, unless you notify us in writing prior to participation.

 

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. All materials, drills, training plans, content and resources provided as part of the Services remain the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors.
8.2. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, share, or use these materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

 

9. Privacy

9.1. Personal information collected during enrolment and participation will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the Company’s Privacy Policy.
9.2. You agree that the Company may collect and use your personal data for the purposes of administering bookings, communications and program delivery.

 

10. Amendments to Terms

10.1. These Terms & Conditions may be updated or amended by the Company at any time.
10.2. Updated Terms will be published on the Company’s website, and your continued participation in Services constitutes acceptance of those changes.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state or territory in which the Company operates. Any disputes arising from, or related to, these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
