The SAS Summer Academy is a 6-week AFL development program designed to help young footballers improve their skills, build their athletic capabilities and develop the confidence to perform at their best. Led by experienced AFL development coach Shane Antrobus, the program combines individual kicking technique and video analysis, skill development under pressure, game sense and decision-making, including AFL match vision review to improve game awareness, positioning and understanding of the game. Players will also undertake structured athletic development and AFL Combine-style testing, including a 2km time trial, speed, agility and repeat-speed training. With personalised coaching, practical feedback and game-based learning, every session is designed to help players develop the skills, fitness and football IQ to take their game to the next level. 6 Weeks | Develop Your Skills.
