What to Expect Our high-performance 6-week preseason program is designed to prime athletes for a huge 2026 season. Across six high-impact 90-minute sessions, players are challenged to raise their standards, sharpen their physical edge, and build the foundations needed to perform at their best when it matters most. Program Breakdown Each week, we will focus on key components of the modern AFL game, with a blend of individual skill work and team-based scenarios.
